How to Choose the 5 Kinds of Adhesives for Membrane Switch Panels?

图片
No matter LED membrane switches or graphic control panels, both need to use one thing: the back adhesive layer (hereinafter referred to as adhesive). Membrane switches and panels made by JRPanel insist on choosing 3M imported genuine adhesives. We focus on customer needs, taking into account the different needs of different customers in terms of budget, product function design, etc., there are 5 kinds of adhesives provided by JRPanel , namely 3M55236, 3M9448A, 3M467MP, 3M468MP, 3M300LSE, and there are many choices. If you want to understand the use of adhesives, what are the differences between the five types of adhesives, and the precautions for the use of adhesives, please read on. 1. The  U se of  A dhesive JRPanel’s main business includes membrane switches and membrane panels , and adhesives are required for these two products . Adhesive has the advantages of tearing and using, easy assembly, easy to carry and disassembly, etc., like the 5 kinds of adhesives mentioned in this artic

Definition and Classification of High Frequency Transformer

图片
What is a high frequency electronic transformer? In fact, the definition of high-frequency electronic transformers is very clear. In order to show the true nature of high-frequency electronic transformers, it is necessary to clarify the concepts of transformers, electronic transformers, and high-frequency electronic transformers in order to eliminate misunderstandings.   First of all , we have to figure out what a transformer is. A transformer that works on the principle of electromagnetic induction means that an alternating voltage is applied to the primary winding of the coil, and an output voltage is induced in the secondary winding, so as to transmit energy, transform voltage (or signal), and electrically isolate.   To produce electromagnetic induction, the primary winding must be applied with alternating voltage. The kind that uses DC voltage as a working power source is an inverter that converts DC to AC.   As long as there is electromagnetic induction, the transformer can work

Safety Tips for Working with Your Transformer

图片
The Importance of Transformer Safety   When using equipment that emits a large amount of voltage, much like some transformers do, it is paramount that you take safety precautions into account.   When safety precautions are not met, system breakdown, emergency shutdown, and injury can result, each of which can place your operations in jeopardy.   Understanding your transformer ’ s design and proper installation will ensure successful machinery operation.   The transformer safety practices mentioned herein can be utilized in any piece of transformer machinery, independent from the manufacturer or system type.   The Top 10 Tips for Transformer Safety   1. Monitor your transformer before it is installed, checking for any burning smell, cracked or unsuitable power cords or plugs, and loose or misaligned parts.   2. Regularly inspect your transformer to minimize system failure or breakdown.   3. When any work is performed on the transformer, it should be done when the equipment is de-energiz

Why Is Magnetics Important in High Frequency Transformers?

图片
Magnetics in High Frequency Transformers   Advances in electronic system technology have led to an increasing demand for higher power density. As power density requirements increase, the physical size requirements of these systems continue to tend to decrease.   One solution to meet and optimize these two design parameters is to integrate electromagnetic power components operating at high frequencies. This approach has several advantages, including reducing the size of the required magnetic components. However, due to skin and neighborhood effects, power loss can also be caused. In addition, if precautions are taken, AC loss will affect the overall performance of the component.   One way to avoid AC loss is to use special conductive materials in high frequency applications, such as stranded wires and copper foil. The design and construction of these materials greatly reduces the risk of loss of skin and proximal effects.   Application of High Frequency Transformers   With the rise of

What Is Sheet Metal Fabricating? JRPanel Will Tell You! Part 1

图片
So you’re new to sheet metal. Perhaps you’re fresh out of engineering school and need to design a modulator bracket for your employer’s next greatest karaoke system, or you’ve been assigned to the purchasing department and need to source those same parts. The problem is, you don’t know where to start. Should you have them laser-cut and bent on a press brake, stamped in a progressive die, or punched and welded? Precision sheet metal fabrication offers tremendous flexibility, and it’s often difficult for even experienced hands to determine the most cost-effective manufacturing process.   Everyone has to start somewhere, though, so let ’ s begin with the term  “ fabrication. ”  Merriam Webster defines it as  “ to construct from diverse and usually standardized parts. ”  This terse description is technically accurate, but it ’ s also far too vague, and could be applied just as well to IKEA furniture as it can to the modulator bracket with which you ’ ve been tasked. For our purposes, fab

What Are the Factors That Affect the Cost of a Membrane Switch?

图片
"How much does it cost to make a membrane switch? ”  It ’ s a common question we get from customers (and likely one you ’ re pondering if you ’ re reading this article). Unfortunately, the short answer is … it depends.   Since membrane switches are custom-made and include so many variables, it ’ s not feasible to provide a clear-cut estimate without first reviewing the specifications and discussing a few areas. However, based on our experience, three main factors impact the cost of manufacturing a membrane switch.   1.  Circuit design   The printed circuit is the most expensive layer of a membrane switch. Material choices and design (such as the number of traces) can significantly impact the unit ’ s cost. High-quality membrane switches typically use conductive silver ink, which provides the highest conductivity. Depending on application and budget requirements, lower-conductive inks such as carbon, copper, and alloys can be used.   2.   Number of layers and optional features

JRPanel Introduce the Definition and Characteristics of Sheet Metal

图片
In the last article, we have introduced the  sheet metal processing . But some people may not understand what sheet metal is. Today JRPanel will introduce the definition and characteristics of sheet metal.   Sheet metal is a kind of metal processing technology, which is the process of bending, welding, stamping and cutting metal materials to obtain the desired metal parts.   There are also many types of sheet metal, such as automotive sheet metal, black and white iron sheet metal, chassis mechanical sheet metal and so on. The important feature of sheet metal is the same thickness of the same part.   Sheet metal has high requirements for thickness, and the general requirement is that the thickness of the same sheet metal part is consistent. In addition, sheet metal has light weight, high strength, electrical conductivity, and low cost, which is suitable for mass production. And its application industries are also very wide. Common ones are communications, chassis, automobiles, electro
