The peel strength is 11.5N/10mm.


The characteristics are: general-purpose double-sided adhesive, with durability, good temperature resistance, and strong adhesion. It is recommended for conventional panels (repeated pasting is not recommended, and the adhesive will be broken).

(2) 3M9448A × JRPanel


The material of 3M9448A is non-woven cotton paper glue, about 0.15mm thick. Translucent, the temperature range is 70°C (long-term) ~ 150°C (short-term).


The peel strength is 14N/10mm.


The characteristics are: good initial adhesion and long-lasting adhesion, easy to cross-cut processing, good adhesion to plastics, rubber, rough surfaces; good adhesion at high temperatures (repeated pasting is not recommended, the glue will break).

(3) 3M467MP × JRPanel


The material of 3M467MP is pure film without substrate, about 0.05mm thick. Transparent, the temperature range is 149℃ (long-term) ~ 204℃ (short-term).


The peel strength is 5.5N/10mm.


The characteristics are: excellent adhesion effect, can prevent falling off and excellent waterproof performance, good processability, good holding power; the product is resistant to high temperature, super viscous and no glue residue.

(4) 3M468MP× JRPanel


The material of 3M468MP is pure film without substrate, about 0.13mm thick. Transparent, the temperature range is 149°C (long-term) ~ 232°C (short-term).


The peel strength is 8.5N/10mm.


The characteristics are: excellent adhesion effect and waterproof performance, good processability, good temperature resistance, and good holding power; the release paper is a polymer-coated waterproof kraft paper, which will not break even in high temperature environments. wrinkle.

The material of 3M300LSE is a pure film without substrate, about 0.17mm thick. Transparent, the temperature range is 93°C (long-term) ~ 149°C (short-term).


The peel strength is 9N/10mm.


The characteristics are: excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, initial adhesion, strong bonding effect, high-strength physical and chemical stability; excellent waterproof performance, good die-cutting processability, good temperature resistance, and strong The holding power.

Peel strength :


Refers to the force required to peel off the surface of the object with the double-sided tape.


Under the same length unit, the greater the number of peel strength, the stronger the adhesiveness of the double-sided tape, and it takes more effort to peel it off.


3M55236 adhesive and 3M9448 adhesive are suitable for pasting on the equipment surface of metal chassis, circuit board, ABS, stainless steel rough surface, aluminum alloy and other materials . Repeated pasting is easy to break the adhesive.


3M467 adhesive and 3M468 adhesive are suitable for sticking to any smooth and clean surface of the plastic chassis, etc. , and it is easy to leave glue after repeated pasting.


3M300LSE adhesive, suitable for use with PET materials , suitable for most smooth surface materials , strong waterproof, not easy to break the gel, strong stickiness, and supports repeated pasting .
